Samuels is a renowned speaker and has been involved in educating young birds on subjects of in Leadership & Employ-ability. He has been successful in imparting these skills and has transformed many youngsters who have got placed in many reputed Companies.

• The objective of any training program can be more effectively developed in an experiential setting. Creative activities, simulated exercises, games, sports, etc. and loads of fun are appealing dimensions of these programs – the best platform for pushing yourself beyond what you think is your capacity, team building and bonding, bringing out creativity and out of the box thinking, testing your leadership skills, motivating your team, etc., and undoubtedly learning more about yourself!!! Social Activities

• Samuel and his team offer team building through indoor / outdoor activities. These activities are used for creating an environment for an experience; adventure based which focus on bringing people out of your comfort zones and taking risks to achieve heights for which they never thought they were capable. These activities include adventure based activities and theatre based where we make participants assume different roles, thereby shedding their inhibitions, fears and perceptions about themselves as well as others.

• In a project named “Success0001”,more than 1000 students from C grade colleges were adopted to train them on Communication, Life skills and E- Skills. The desire of this project is to make the current students career-ready within short span of time. Many young lads are normally not provided with an opportunity to excel in their career. So in the year of 2014, the project “Success0001” had been launched to strengthen student skills. This project was a good fortune for them in terms of Student training & Placements.

• “Library for Gifted Children” is notably framed for the students of Orphanages across Coimbatore. We wish even a normal individual from an orphanage should enjoy the pleasure of reading books. We are working with the community to help them learn, to gain knowledge, to update general awareness. We encourage them to learn more about the society and public issues. A man of wise reading is a man of culture. Only a sincere reader of good books knows what divine pleasure he gets from reading books. The ultimate vision of this project is to make those gifted children avail the “Gift of library”.

• There are an alarming number of girl children left as an orphan and uncared in the society. There are many wandering roads, living in unsuitable shelters. The quality of life for these girls is most deplorable. Inspite of these many pathetic life of girl children, Mariyalaya an Orphanage at Ganapathy, Coimbatore was found and formed by a group of sisters is running successfully for the fruitful life of girl children. In this Orphanage, Samuel and his team teach and train these blessed kids. Samuel nurtures them with love by teaching tutorials everyday and making handcraft works. These kids are involved in games which step-up their lateral thinking.

• Real Hero Awards: I and my team looked out for smart working people from various fields and awarded them for the incredible works despite of the bad vibrations they face each day. We found that this award was an outstanding award for the people who received them. This gave them a lot of confidence to take their works further in a very positive way and got feedback that they would do their duties further more proper. Our core aim extended to the fields of MEDICINE, EDUCATION, AGRICULTURE and SOCIAL WORK since their works are often not getting acknowledged.

• Skillers: Through this project, I and my team find students who are confused about their future and give them direction based on their skill. These students are also provided a 10-day program for developing their existing skills and gain new skills as well. Through this, our mission of increasing employability percentage all over the country would get satisfied and we work for it.
